Youngevity (YGYI) Announces Acquisition of Mialisia
Expansion of Jewelry and Apparel Category Comes into View
San Diego, CA – May 28, 2015 – Growing direct-selling conglomerate, Youngevity Essential Life Sciences, a wholly owned subsidiary of Youngevity International, Inc. (OTCQX: YGYI) (www.YGYI.com), announced today that it consummated the acquisition of the business of Mialisia, a direct-sales jewelry company that specializes in interchangeable jewelry.
As a result of the business combination, Youngevity distributors and customers will have access to the unique line of Mialisia’s patent-pending “VersaStyle™” jewelry that gives women infinite possibilities with their jewelry and allows them to create different looks and styles to provide convenient options and incredible value.
In turn, Mialisia distributors and customers will gain access to more than 1,000 high-quality products offered by Youngevity, including nutritional supplements, sports and energy drinks, health and wellness-related services, weight management, lifestyle products (pets, spa and bath, garden), gourmet coffee, packaged foods, skincare, cosmetics, scrap books, memory books, apparel and accessories.
